The Process

The first meeting is an introduction where we get to know each other and your startup in general — what are your goals, your market, the current status quo of product development, and other things.

After that, we’ll arrange an intensive one-day workshop with the key stakeholders to understand how we deliver the product and what we need to make it happen.

I will work with your team in a limited operational role to drive substantial change. We meet regularly with you and your team to either work on agreed goals or give you high-quality time to talk with an experienced CTO and improve the roadmap.

I can also present your product to your enterprise customers who require a senior-level person to be present to answer all the possible questions regarding compliance, infrastructure, implementation, etc.

The Result

The goal of this cooperation is — a delivered product and a development roadmap for the next 6-12 months. I can support your company more closely during the first three months and eventually onboard a senior developer to ensure you have all the expertise in-house. I will stay on board until you’re satisfied with the processes and we have reached a proper development pace.
